At ITERATION we care about your privacy. The purpose of this privacy policy is to be transparent and help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it and how we manage your information.

Why do we process your personal data?

At ITERATION we process the information you provide us in order to offer you the RADARBOT services described in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Through our advertising partners, we can also offer you advertising according to the information that you provide or we collect through the use of RADARBOT.

How do we collect your data?

You provide the data when you register or use RADARBOT.

When you use any of the services offered by RADARBOT, information is collected regarding the use thereof and the device on which it is installed.

Another data controller provides us your information so you can use our services.

All the collected information is used to maintain and improve the quality of the provided service. Thanks to this information, RADARBOT can offer customised services, improve the app and solve operating errors. We also use your information to communicate with you through messages containing information about updates, promotions or news pertaining to the app.

In the event you do not approve our requests to use some or all of your personal data, it is possible that some of the functions or services of RADARBOT may not be available.

Information About App Usage

When installing the app on your device, the app collects information about your usage and the device on which it is installed. For example: app usage frequency, usage time, device type and model, unique identifiers, language, operating system version, battery usage, and IP address. We also collect crash reports and performance information.

All collected information is used to maintain and improve the quality of the service provided. Thanks to this information, ITERATION can offer a personalized service, make improvements to the app, and fix operational errors. We also use your information to communicate with you by sending messages about updates, promotions, or news related to the app.

Under no circumstances do we sell the collected data, nor do we share it with third parties unless required by law.

ITERATION uses the following third-party software to collect usage information:

Services provided by Google Inc.:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: We use Google Analytics to collect information about app usage. Google Analytics may share data with other tools provided by Firebase, such as Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config, or Cloud Messaging.
• Firebase Crash Reporting: We use Firebase Crash Reporting for error reporting and app usage information.
• Firebase Performance Monitoring: We use Firebase Performance Monitoring to measure app performance and make optimizations that enhance user experience.
• Firebase Remote Config: We use Firebase Remote Config to conduct A/B tests and validate or compare results on changes or improvements applied to different user populations of the app.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send messages and notifications to app users. Messages can be sent to individual devices, device groups, or specific segments. We can obtain statistics on how users interact with our notifications (e.g., number of messages opened or conversion events related to the message).

• Facebook Analytics: We use Facebook Analytics to track and analyze marketing channels related to Facebook. This helps us achieve better results when conducting marketing campaigns aimed at obtaining new app downloads. Information You Share with Us

This includes data you voluntarily share with us, such as your email address, age, gender, username, or any profile information that helps us provide a more personalized experience. We use your data to send you news, statistics, and any additional information related to the services.

We may also use the email address you provided (within the limits of applicable legislation) to send you promotions and marketing actions. If you do not wish to receive more notifications, simply click on the corresponding link in the emails or write to us at support@iteration-mobile.com. We will not share your contact information with any third party.

Location Information

To the extent that ITERATION offers services with registered location data and you use such services, ITERATION may collect and process your location data to provide location-based services. Your GPS location will not be accessed without your consent.

ITERATION may use ANONYMOUS location information (impossible to associate with users) to make it available to partners and any third party. For example, GPS information (location, speed, GPS signal accuracy, direction, date, and time) received from your mobile device may be provided to navigation companies, telecom operators, traffic companies, map publishers, etc., in aggregated or anonymous form to help improve their services and resolve issues. Whenever ITERATION makes location data available to third parties in accordance with this privacy policy, it will always be in an ANONYMOUS form.

Most browsers and devices provide predefined means to disable geolocation tracking. If the user has given explicit consent, the app can receive information about their actual geographic location.

Specifically, the app uses your GPS location for the purpose of:

• Alerting the USER, based on their location, of possible traffic alerts such as: speed cameras, user alerts, dangerous traffic points, controlled traffic lights, and/or any traffic incidents useful for the app user.
• Notifying new traffic alerts. Our servers receive the type of alert, location, date/time, and your device identifier. This information is temporarily stored on our servers until the alert is no longer active. Your alert will be shown to other users in a fully ANONYMOUS way.

App Execution Modes

Depending on the mobile device used, the app may run in different standard modes. Below are their most common names:

• Foreground: RadarBot will appear on the screen above other apps and will process data as described below.
• Background: RadarBot will not appear on the screen. Depending on the mobile device, you may see an icon at the top of the mobile in blue (mainly) or the RadarBot icon. In this situation, it will process data as described below.

If, for any reason, you do not want RadarBot to exchange data, you should turn off the app.

• Information on "fail-safe" mode
  ONLY if you have selected the "fail-safe" mode, during this period, we may collect and analyze specific technical data related to the use of the app on the authorized device.
• How do we handle data in "fail-safe" mode?
   
  
  • Collected Data: Only the strictly necessary data to identify and resolve errors will be collected, such as crash logs, device information, and app usage details.
  • Purpose: This data will be used exclusively to debug the application, improve its performance, and ensure an optimal user experience, and will be analyzed by the technicians developing RadarBot.
  • Data Protection: The collected data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with GDPR regulations. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.
  • Duration: The debugging mode will remain active only for the time necessary to identify and correct the detected technical issues.
  • Data Archiving: We will store the data for up to one month. This data will be used to find a problem, and once the issue is resolved, it will be deleted from the systems.
  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights or if you have any questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact our team at dpo@iteration-mobile.com.
• If you do not wish your app to enter or continue in "fail-safe" mode, you can disable it in the app settings or contact our support team at support@iteration-mobile.com.

The personal data provided shall be stored according to the following principles:

• The corresponding required legal period.
• The data subject gives their consent.
• For filing claims and lawsuits.
• To protect your rights.
• Because we have a contract in force with you.

What legitimises the processing of your data?

• The data subject’s consent: you have consented to one or more specific processes. Before starting this processing we will have requested your consent.
• Legitimate interest: when the processing is done within the framework of the relationship with you so we can offer you customised services.
• Execution of a contract: when we have a contract with you and need data to establish that relationship.
• Legal compliance: when processing data is necessary in order to comply with the laws and regulations in force.

Who will we send your data to?

• Identifying data: Common personal data may include personal identification data, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, photograph, date of birth, IP address and other similar information classified as basic.
• Browsing data: These data are sent anonymously so they cannot be traced back to the identifying data. The data we collect include: latitude, longitude, time, GPS accuracy, speed and direction of movement.
• Usage data: These data are sent anonymously to improve the services we provide. We collect the following data: the location where the app is downloaded, frequency of app use, time of use, device type and model, unique identifiers, language, operating system version and battery use. We also collect information on malfunction and performance reports.

In addition to helping us to measure the usage of our app this anonymous information is shared with third parties for their business purposes, including the creation of reports, market, scientific and statistical research and trend analysis. One of these third parties is Huq, data shared does not contain information from which users can be identified and we will not provide additional information to such third parties that enables such third parties to identify you. Are your data processed outside the EU?

If ITERATION’s processors, technological partners or advertising partners process information outside the EU, such data would fall under the “Privacy Shield”, binding corporate regulations and contractual clauses. What are your rights when you provide us data?

Everyone has the right to receive confirmation as to whether ITERATION is processing their personal data.

• Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of any inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request same be omitted when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
• Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request the processing of their data be limited, in which case we will only store same for filing or defending against claims.
• Under certain circumstances and for reasons pertaining to their specific situation, data subjects may oppose the processing of their data. ITERATION will cease to process the data, except where there are compelling legitimate reasons and for filing or defending against potential claims.

You have the following rights:

• Right to request access to the personal data pertaining to the data subject
• Right to request the rectification or omission thereof
• Right to request the processing be limited
• Right to oppose the processing
• Right to data portability.

Your exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions for public interest reasons (for example, the prevention and detection of crimes) and for our own interests (for example, maintaining legal advice confidential). If you were to exercise any of these rights and we confirm that you are legitimately empowered to do so, we will respond within one month or the maximum period envisaged in Spanish regulations, whichever is shorter.

If you are not satisfied with how we use your information or with our response to your exercising any of these rights, you can file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos www.agpd.es).
