WARNING: ITERATION provides you with a version of the General Terms and Conditions of Use in various languages for you to better understand them, but please bear in mind that in any event each country is governed by their own laws and local rules and these laws and rules shall apply to you when you use the Service. We therefore recommend you verify said rules and laws before using the Service. For example, radar alert systems are not permitted in some countries. If this is your case, deactivating radars and alerts that do not comply with the law is your responsibility. To that end we recommend that before using the Service in the country where you are located you review the laws, regulations and specifics of that country.
In compliance with the terms of Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and e-commerce (“LSSI” as per its Spanish initials) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approved the redacted text of the General Consumer and User Defence Act and other complementary laws (“TRLGDCU” as per its Spanish initials), we provide you with the following information on the companies that offer RADARBOT services:

By registering as a User on the RADARBOT platform, by using the app for the first time, or by using the service in any manner, you recognise that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of use. We shall understand such acts as an express statement of your consent and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use and the annexes thereto and your commitment to comply with all their Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, you can access such Terms and Conditions at any time in the app. This acceptance is a prior condition that must be met in order to receive the service. The Terms and Conditions of Use and the annexes thereto comprise the complete contract between ITERATION and the User regarding their registration as a user and the installation of RADARBOT (regardless of whether the app is used).
ITERATION expressly reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use and the annexes thereto in order to adapt them to technological innovation and to new commercial requirements, as well as to comply with the legislation in force. In the event changes are made, same shall be published on the website and in the app.
In any event, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms and Conditions of Use before using RADARBOT again. In the event you do not expressly accept the updated General Terms and Conditions you may not use RADARBOT.
In order to use RADARBOT you must fulfil the following requirements:
Should you meet the foregoing requirements, you can register as a User in the App free of charge by filling in all the obligatory fields in the registration form with complete, correct and up-to-date information.

By providing your contact information, we can send you information, offers and customised promotions. If at any time you wish to stop receiving these notifications, you can contact us at the e-mail address radabot@iteration-mobile.com with the subject line “Cancelar Registro” (Cancel Registration).
ITERATION shall not be responsible for any damages of any nature sustained by a User or third party in any way from using the service.
Any changes ITERATION has to make to the procedures, schedules and conditions of the service provision shall not be considered a breach of ITERATION’S obligations if they are due to the suspension, the interruption or unavailability of the service, or any incident with the IT or platform systems or any other cause that can be attributed to the suppliers, assignees, licensees or sub-contractors of ITERATION, or third parties in general.
ITERATION is also released from any responsibility for the total or partial breach of its obligations due to force majeure or a fortuitous event, including but not limited to any Internet restriction, the unavailability or malfunction in the positioning of the GPS positioning satellites or a mobile phone malfunction.
In any case, the User expressly releases ITERATION from any liability for damages of any nature sustained by the User or third parties pertaining to the execution of the relationship with ITERATION in any manner.
Once registered, your contractual relationship with ITERATION shall have an indefinite duration, without prejudice to the fact that either you or ITERATION can terminate the relationship at any time. Not using the service shall not comprise the cancellation or termination thereof, such that your contractual relationship with ITERATION shall continue to be in force until the service is cancelled or terminated using the channels envisaged in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
You can cancel the service at any time by sending an e-mail to the address radarbot@iteration-mobile.com with the subject line “Cancelar Registro” (Cancel Registration).
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use and the annexes thereto, you acknowledge and accept that your right to cancel or withdrawal shall not entail the return of any amounts paid for the services that were effective provided as they will have been fully executed.
In case of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use, ITERATION may temporarily suspend its contractual relationship with you. Consequently you will not be able to use the service until said breach has been corrected, where ITERATION can terminate any relationship it has with you definitively.
In the event of a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use, ITERATION may rescind this contract immediately, without prejudice to the actions it may decide to take to seek compensation for any damages. Below is a non-comprehensive list of examples of behaviour that shall be considered serious User breaches and infractions:
All content that is housed or available in any of the ITERATION services, for example text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio recordings, digital downloads, binaries and data collections are the property of ITERATION or the content suppliers thereof. As such, it is protected by the laws of Spain and international legislation on intellectual property rights, copyrights and database rights. The content housed or made available through any of the ITERATION services as a whole exclusively belongs to ITERATION and is protected by the laws of Spain and international legislation on intellectual property rights, copyrights and database rights.
Reverse engineering, reconfiguring, or reusing any part of the code and/or content of any of the ITERATION services without our express written authorisation is not permitted. The user is also prohibited from creating and publishing their own databases when same contain substantial parts of any of the ITERATION services (for example, our radar lists) without our express written authorisation.
The brands, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, audio and voice recordings, scripts and service names that appear or are available by virtue of the ITERATION services are trademarks or represent the commercial image of ITERATION. Trademarks and the commercial image of ITERATION cannot be used in relation to any product or service that does not belong to ITERATION or in any manner that could cause confusion between the users or that could disparage or discredit ITERATION.
For the purposes of notifications, suggestions, complaints, queries and claims, you can contact us at any time by sending an e-mail to radarbot@iteration-mobile.com with the subject line “Contacto” (Contact).
In the context of your use of the Platform and the service, ITERATION shall collect and process your personal information. By using the Platform and/or registering as a User, you acknowledge and accept the processing of your personal data by ITERATION pursuant to the applicable legislation and the terms of this Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions, as well as the relationship between ITERATION and the User, shall be governed and interpreted according to current Spanish legislation.
Without prejudice to the rights to which you might be entitled in your capacity as consumer or user, and to the extent allowed by the relevant legislation, you hereby waive any other jurisdiction to which you might be entitled and accept the authority of the Courts and Tribunals of the location where obligations must be met. Consequently, you accept that any dispute regarding the general service and the use of the ITERATION App shall be resolved by the competent Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
